The fabulous Luinae asked me to do a feature on my beauty and makeup routine, and I thought that would be quite fun so here we go!!

I don't really do much regarding skin care. I take off all my eye makeup at night before using a cleansing wash and a toner. I don't moisturise anywhere near as much as I should, but I do it when I remember. I'm lucky that I have quite good skin now I'm older. It isn't nice enough for me ever to go without light foundation, but I grew out of spots at about 14/15, so I've been quite lucky the last few years.

I do wear makeup every day though. I usually wear the same products most day times, and usually mix it up at night, but sometimes I have a bit of a change, so I'll go through what I usually wear...

Foundation- Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation

I love this stuff. I've been wearing it for absolutely years now, and I've never changed from it once. It gives a great, even coverage and is a great base. I wear 040- Fawn.

Blusher- Maybelline Dream Mousse Blush

I never used to really wear blusher, but my mum swears by it, so I've started wearing this in Dolly Pink. It's a lovely, girly pink colour and it goes on so smoothly. Much better than a conventional powder blusher, in my opinion.

Urban Decay 24/7 Glide on Eyeliner



Okay, Urban Decay is a little pricey, especially as I'm a student, but it really is the best eyeliner I've ever found. It stays on for a long time (maybe not 24 hours...) and stays amazingly dark. I wear it in Zero.

Urban Decay Liquid Liner



Most days I'll also line the top of my eyes in Urban Decay Liquid Liner in Perversion (black). It makes me eyes look much darker and more defined. I've always been one of those people who would rather emphasise their eyes than their lips. My face looks a bit weird unless my eyes are emphasised!! I often use this over bright eyeshadow as well to give extra emphasis to my eyes and more definition.

Rimmel The Max Volume Flash Mascara



This is my current mascara, bur I'm yet to find that mythic, elusive perfect mascara. This one is great for volume, which is what I'm after more than length. I'd love to wear false eyelashes but they scare me a bit!!

Urban Decay Eyeshadow Pallettes



I have about half a dozen of these. They really are the best. I often get them for birthdays and Christmas but I adore them. They have such amazing bright colours, I love the selection. I love bright colours for evenings and softer pastels for the day time (which is currently what I'm going for for spring and summer). I would definitely recommend one of these!!

Sexy Mother Pucker Lipgloss



mmm I love this stuff. Like I said before, I often work on my eyes and keep my lips neutral. This lip-plumping gloss is great and makes your lips look amazing. Soap and Glory have some amazing products, and this is fabulous.

I often mix up my makeup, for evenings I also love Urban Decay Eyeshadow in Zero, for perfectly dark eyes (it's a completely black eye shadow), or for a change I'll go for bright red or pink lips. Another product I absolutely swear by is Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion, which is absolutely amazing for keeping eyeshadow bright and in place all day, or night.

I've also started using bronzer occasionally for evenings or on a nice summery day, but I'm yet to find an absolutely perfect bronzer that really works with my skintone.
