Baby, it's cold outside

Today, I just couldn't face going outside. Yesterday was like snow-storm central and I had fallen on my bum by 9am, so today I just thought nope, I'm taking these inside. What do you think of these pictures? I hated them at first but now they're growing on me. I took them downstairs in my building- I think I've found my new place to take photos. I know a clean, white background is boring but I'd rather have it white than busy on indoor photos. It's also right opposite a huge wall-length window so the lighting wasn't as bad as I thought.

I'm cheating a little bit today. I did wear this outfit until 1.30pm, at which point I changed into jeans and my snow boots. You know that scene in Bambi on the ice? That was me in these boots.

This outfit kind came together by accident. It's obviously an interpretation of my Urban Fairy look, mixed in with my Running in Heels look. I was trying to find something in my wardrobe when this leather motocycle jacket and my tutu skirt ended up together. Add a jumper and there you go- ready for winter!!

As I mentioned yesterday, Girl Next Door Fashion in a year old later this month, so I'm thinking over the next few weeks of going through some of my favourite outfits from the past year and thinking about everything I've learnt. This blog has a long way to go but I'm enjoying the ride!!

Wow, I can't believe it's December already. I leave 3 weeks today!! I'm excited but nervous at the same time- and I still have so much to do before I leave!! The next few weeks are going to be unbelievably stressful!!
