Outfit Favourites: November- December
Girl next door fashion is two years old at the end of December, so to celebrate I'll be looking back on my favourite outfits from the last year. You can see my outfit favourites from December and January here, and February and March here, April and May here, June, July and August here, September here and October here
I apologize that I haven't been about much the last few days. It was my Grandad's funeral yesterday and I've just kinda been out of the world in a lot of ways. I am so behind on everything! I did write a really long and self-absorbed post about the year today, but my head is just kinda muddled so I decided not to post it. I doubt I'll do a post summing up the year now. I think I want to look forward and not backwards. This is probably going to be my last post of the year- I might just post tomorrow to extend my giveaway and about sponsorship- but hopefully next week I'll be able to get back into the swing of things.
Here are some quite recent outfits, but some of my favourites...
I contemplated not including this, but I really loved turning a summery dress into something perfect for autumn.
This is one of my favourite outfits, but it wasn't quite appropriate for a cold November day!
Wow, I feel like I've said this about every outfit, but this is another absolute favourite. I love the juxtaposition of knit and sparkles.
I was kinda obsessed with red and maroon in October and November (as you can tell from these outfits!) and I love this polka dot blouse. This midi skirt is one of my favourite things too.
This was such a simple outfit but one I really, really like. I've gotten into wear jeans a lot more this year which has been an evolution. Dressing up jeans is quite a challenge but I think when done well they can look so sophisticated.
I have gotten really into layering shirts under dresses- I have loads more outfits like this lined up- and I really, really love the way it looks. I love leopard and mustard together.
Oh how I love my hair curly. I am so crazy about this vintage dress- I can't wait to wear it more.
Finally, my Boxing Day outfit. The blazer and shirt were christmas presents and I love the detachable sequin collar. These shorts are one of my favourite pieces in my wardrobe- they're so versatile!
Your style is incredible!
