Easiest Ever Brownies
This is seriously the easiest and most yummy brownie recipe I have ever come across. I've made these once before and made them again last night for class and everyone loved them (even though I forgot one of the eggs!) so I thought I would share this with you for when you need a chocolate-y pick me up!
300g plain chocolate, broken into pieces
225g butter
3 eggs
225g sugar
75g self-raising flour
200g milk chocolate, broken into pieces
raisins, walnuts, cherries, biscuit bits etc. (optional)

Grease a baking tin (I like to use a mid-sized deep pan for chunky brownies). Heat the oven to 190 degrees.
Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave and then stir in the butter
Beat the eggs and sugar, then mix in the chocolate and butter mixture. Stir in the flour and milk chocolate and anything else you wanna mix in.
Pour into the baking tin, level the surface then bake in the oven for 40 minutes until the crust feels firm but is soft underneath. Leave in the tin to cool and cut into squares. Enjoy!
I really enjoy cooking but I don't trust my own cooking too well and always follow recipes. Would you like to see more recipes on my blog? (I actually have a food guest post coming up on Siel's blog soon!) Let me know!
So much noms just looking at this. I'm so hungry now!
